ABOUT ME
Born in 1965,achieved highest grade in final baccalaureate examination at 93.4% , medical school study in 1983. Achieved MB,CB in 1989 with 72% average grade and ranked 7th out of 220 graduates.Studied and trained in general surgery for 5 years and awarded General Surgery Board qualification in 1997.Granted high Diploma in General Surgery in 1997. Awarded the FRCS Ireland in 2000, trained in general and Upper GI&Bariatric surgery at south London hospitals,Princess Royal University Hospital/King's College Hospital and awarded FRCS England ,FRCS [General Surgery] and Fellowship of European Board in General Surgery in 2012.
Have extensive clinical experience in minimal access and open surgery.Worked at different healthcare settings in middle east,Europe and the UK.
Performed thousands of operations .Performed thousands of endoscopy procedures and have JAG accreditation for Upper and Lower gastrointestinal endoscopy.The clinical and research interests are upper GI, bariatric and metabolic surgery.
Ex-employee of King's College Hospitals,London.
Current role is Upper GI and Bariatric Consultant Surgeon at Homerton University Hospital.UK
